Ingredients:
For egg mixture:
- Eggs - 1-2(ଅଣ୍ଡା)
- green chillies(chopped) - 2(ଲଙ୍କାମରିଚ)
- Carrot(grated) - 1 small(ଗାଜର)
- Jeera - 1/2 tsp(ଜିରା)
- Spring onion(chopped) - 1 tbsp(ପିଆଜ)
- Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp(ଗୋଲମରିଚ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
- Salt to taste(ଲୁଣ)
For besan:
- Besan -1/2 cup(ବେସନ)
- Sooji - 1 tbsp(ସୁଜି)
- Turmeric - 1 pinch(ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ )
- Water as required (ପାଣି)
- Oil - 1 tbsp(ତେଲ)
Method:
- In a bowl put all the egg mixture ingredients and mix it well and keep a side.

- In a separate bowl,put besan,sooji,turmeric,salt and mix it properly.
- Then add water and mix it well and make smooth batter.
- Heat(medium heat) the pan,pour spoon full of besan batter and spread evenly.
- Spinkle little oil on the top,then pour egg mixture on the top of besan chilla.
- Cover it for couple of mins on slow flame.
- Then flip it and cook for 1 mins.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
