•    Tratak, Neti, Kapalabhati, Dhauti, Nauli and Basti:
•    Yoga anatomy and physiology
•    Introduction to the major body systems
•    The effects of asanas and pranayama on: the cardiovascular system, respiration, digestion, skeletal and muscular systems, endocrine system
