Chocolate gujiya recipe

Ingredients
Meda -250 grams
Oil for moen -one table spoon
Mava -100 grams
Suji -25 grams
Dry fruits -walnut
As like
Caster Sugger -1/2 cup ( as like sweetness )
Sugar for cermalised – two tsp
Choti elaiechi -2
Oil for fry
Chocolate -1 cup
Salt -a pinch
Method

First mix salt in meda and oil. Mixed it very well. Rest it for two hours.
Now make stuffing. Heat double boiler. Melt chocolate add chopped walnut. Cool it
Now make gujiya one by one. . Stuff chocolate mixture.
Heat a pan add oil. Deep fry gujiya in medium flame.
Now garnish it with cermalised suger.
